A Testing Engineer contributes to the development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions.  A Testing Engineer is skilled in designing, coding, testing, and implementation of configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.  A Testing Engineer may have some oversight responsibility for the technology solution.

Key responsibilities may include:
Investigate and analyze application functional specification and Business logic specification
Working in an international team and communicate with the customers
Execution test cases/scripts

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years testing background with developing of test cases/scripts
Knowledge of manual & automatic testing
Knowledge of software testing process
Ability to review test cases (all types of testing)
Analysis of test result
Knowledge of automated testing tools (i.e. Rational, MI, etc)
Good English, communication and client handling skills
Be familiar with at least one Program Language

A Testing Team Lead leads the designing, coding, enhancing and testing of software applications to meet business process requirements.  A Team Testing Lead applies functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications.  A Testing Team Lead has some oversight responsibility for the technology solution and assists in the development of the team.

Key responsibilities may include:
Developing testing solution for customer
Mentor projects on various types of testing
Join the requirement review meeting/session for the requirement testability
Interpret requirement documents and design specifications
Participate in marketing and requirements definition from a verification and validation perspective
Architect and design project specific verification and validation strategies
Analyze system use cases and requirements
Specify lab environments for test efforts
Build/review a testing strategy and methodology and write whitepapers / attend testing seminars to establish thought leadership.
Summarize and report system verification and validation test results
Plan, track, and optimize test execution and resource utilization
Lead in the hiring, training, and coordination of test technicians

Qualifications
Qualifications
3-4 years experience in Test Management - Planning, tracking, estimating testing effort
Experience in Test strategy and test case writing is a must
5 - 7 years testing background with developing of test cases/scripts
Worked in the area of Test Scripting 3 to 4 years experience
Experience in using at least one of the following tools - QTP, Loadrunner, SilkTest and SilkPerformer, Rational Functional Tester, Rational Performance
Experience in the capacity of subject matter expert (SME) answering questions or providing guidance on complex projects to internal and external customers

1、负责部门各软件产品的测试;
2、配合其他测试人员日常测试工作;

工作要求:
1、30岁以下,正规院校计算机或者相关专业本科以上学历;
2、黑盒测试工作两年以上,或灰盒测试或开发经验一年以上;
3、熟悉软件开发、测试流程和规范,有制定测试计划,编写测试案例文档经验;
4、有自动测试工具的应用经验,熟悉网站测试或客户端软件测试;
5、熟悉Linux/Unix操作系统,熟悉C/C++语言,熟悉B/S结构开发,有一定代码阅读能力;
6、有较强的沟通交流能力,能在快节奏环境中工作,能和项目组成员有效沟通;
